George Rutledge joined OTO Development as Vice President of Purchasing & Information Systems in 2007. Mr. Rutledge was previously the Director and Vice President of Information Systems of Extended Stay America, Inc, a NYSE listed lodging chain. Mr. Rutledge joined ESA in 1996 and worked with the company until its sale to Blackstone in 2004. Earlier in his career Mr. Rutledge held positions in supply chain and technology consulting with Andersen Consulting and Deloitte.
