Mr. Sarkisian leads the efforts of Arena’s Florida retail leasing brokerage. His role includes management of the firm's brokers throughout Florida in the strategic development and execution of business development, leasing strategy and development projects.
George's experience includes working with national, regional and local tenant's in both representing landlord's and tenants in leasing transactions. His knowledge of the Florida market coupled with his legal experience has allowed him to strategically locate and negotiate on behalf of landlord's and tenant's throughout Florida.
Mr. Sarkisian is also a pro-bono attorney with Legal Aid of Broward County where he advises disadvantaged and indigent clients on residential landlord/tenant disputes; evictions; debt collection; and minor family law issues.
In the past, George was part of an entrepreneurial startup where he along with his partners invested both time and capital and took from inception to market, an online nightlife marketing and promotion company. Mr. Sarkisian was involved in all aspects of the business, from initial planning to raising capital and marketing strategy.
