As the Executive Vice President of Alma Realty Corp, Mr. Valiotis has led the expansion and diversification of the company’s real estate portfolio for over 13 years. Mr. Valiotis has secured and managed numerous large-scale projects across New York and beyond, while maintaining a close relationship with his father and mentor, the founder of their family-owned business.
Among his proudest achievements are the acquisition and development of 278 properties, helping to position Alma Realty Corp as one of the top five largest landlords in New York. Mr. Valiotis has also played a key role in the growth of Alma Bank, Omega Laundromats, and Sparta Gourmet. Additionally, Mr. Valiotis successfully navigated the challenges of the Great Recession, aided by a strategic investment from a prominent Greek family. His mission remains focused on leveraging his analytical, business, and data expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities, while supporting and empowering the company’s team members, tenants, and partners.
