A lifelong Texan with deep roots in the Coastal Bend, Georgia Thamaravelil brings over 15 years of real estate experience, a strong work ethic and a naturally positive demeanor to Cravey Real Estate Services. Since launching her career in 2007 with ERA D. Lee Edwards Realty, Georgia has built a reputation for her integrity, attentiveness and ability to make the buying, selling and leasing process as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Georgia began her real estate career in residential sales where she quickly proved her ability to navigate complex transactions and advocate for her clients with patience and professionalism. After several successful years with respected brokerage firms in New Braunfels and Corpus Christi, she joined Cravey Real Estate Services in 2013, transitioning her focus to commercial real estate.
Today, Georgia specializes in commercial properties across the Coastal Bend, offering her clients valuable insight into local market trends, investment opportunities and strategic planning. Her strengths include buyer and seller representation, lease negotiations, investment property transactions and real estate marketing. Whether working with first-time investors, small business owners or established developers, Georgia is known for her responsiveness, thorough communication and deep commitment to client satisfaction.
Georgia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. Her background in marketing combined with years of transactional experience gives her a unique advantage when it comes to pricing strategy, market positioning and property promotion.
Outside of work, Georgia resides in Portland, Texas with her husband and three young children. As a mother and a professional, she’s a skilled multitasker who brings a calm, can-do energy to every interaction. She is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare causes, and she supports the Pregnancy Center of the Coastal Bend, an organization she proudly helped find a permanent home for over a decade ago when she sold them their current building in Portland.
