Gerald Filardi Jr. joined Berkadia in 2024 as an Associate Director of Investment Sales based in Morristown, NJ. He supports Nat Gambuzza, Spencer Beriont, Trevor Fiebel, Tim Blashford, and Nick Balancia in the purchase and sale of multifamily assets.
