Licensed since 2004, Gerald achieved the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2013, a mark of distinction held by fewer than 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Throughout his career, Gerald facilitated over $15 million in CRE sales, showcasing a dedication to delivering exceptional value to clients.
