Bio
Gerry joined EIP in 2021, reuniting with his previous CBRE partners Bruce, Mark, and Hunter. A 35-year veteran of industrial commercial real estate he has represented client interests across the country ranging from greenfield development to disposition of surplus corporate real estate. Gerry’s experience and creative approach is a strength in dealing with repositioning complex real estate opportunities, such as Quonset Business Park, a former Navy base to one of the nation’s premier industrial parks.
Gerry has completed and been involved in thousands of industrial transactions in leasing, development, and disposition. Gerry will continue to leverage his existing and new relationships in New England but will look to expand EIP presence in the Southeast, United States.
Gerry serves on many non-profit boards and is currently a trustee at Salve Regina University. He also served ten years on the Boston Real Estate Board (BOMA/CLIC) and was a board member at RIPEC (Rhode Island Expenditure Council) for close to ten years.
Gerry is a graduate of Saint Anselm College.
