Jerry is one of Southern California’s most accomplished and respected commercial real estate professionals and a leading expert in commercial and residential entitlement and development. In addition to leveraging his expertise to direct CapRock Partners’ portfolio, he also serves as President of Lytle Development Company (LDC, a Pharris Family venture).
Jerry’s career in real estate development spans four decades and several of the largest land entitlements in California history. In fact, he achieved the largest land entitlement in San Bernardino County to date in 2004.
