Mr. Quattlebaum is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role, Gerald oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisition group including sourcing, screening, managing the analytical and due diligence functions, legal documentation, and closing of all acquired assets on behalf of the firm. Gerald brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience primarily in the areas of investments, project development, leasing, and client relations. He has spent the past 25 years focused solely on healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Gerald was Vice President of Development & Leasing with Lendlease Healthcare Development (formerly DASCO Companies) where he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of outpatient facilities on a national platform.
