Bio
Geraldine Giraldo was born and raised in Queens, New York. While growing up in the area, she was exposed to the Real Estate industry by her mother who worked intensely in the field for many years. While attending school, she developed a sensibility to becoming of service to others through business academies that specialized in Customer Service and Ethics, which she participated and competed heavily in. At the beginning of her professional career, Geraldine held her first position in direct sales conducting in-home demonstrations for various homeware products. Through this experience, she learned about the freedom and countless relationships she was able to create in this field.
Prior to Real Estate, Geraldine spent five years in the hospitality industry in New York City working from small food business start-ups to Celebrity Chef owned and Three-Star Michelin restaurants. Throughout various roles, she gained the necessary experience and skill set to work independently. After moving several times around and between states, Geraldine gained perspective on what finding a new home should be like, and how the help of an agent facilitated the many transactions her and her family were a part of. In that respect, she decided Real Estate would be the next step in honing her already acquired skill in customer service and management while adding value to her clients with information on the market and helping them find their perfect home.
In between her professional life, Geraldine worked on her Business Administration degree and is pursuing a second degree in Communications at Bernard M. Baruch College in Manhattan. Geraldine works on capitalizing on her enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion for people and for the industry to help excited home seekers and homeowners make decisions every day.
