Gerard R. C. Pastrano, CCIM serves as managing director for Pastrano Commercial Real Estate, specializing in investment sales and land development in Central and South Texas. With more than 28 years commercial real estate experience, Pastrano has completed numerous commercial land transactions totaling more than 4,000 acres ranging from one acre to 500 acres. Pastrano has also represented both Buyers and Sellers of, MOB's, Single Tenant NNN’s, SFR/BFR & Multi-Family throughout Central and South Texas. Prior to joining SVN, Pastrano served as principal for GP Properties & Investments, a commercial real estate firm primarily working with private investors and financial institutions.
Active in the industry, Pastrano has earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition, he has served on local CCIM Board of Directors and Past President of Realtor Commercial Alliance Board of Governors. Pastrano earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
