Gergo began his career at Allsop at the age of 18, straight after school and continues to fly the Allsop flag. To date, Allsop remains Gergo's one and only job.
Gergo has vast transactional experience, having worked in our National Investment team as a commercial agent for 4+ years. He is therefore able to provide with hybrid advice to landlords as to how lease events may affect overall value of their assets.
Gergo assists landlords in reducing their business rates liabilities during vacancies and refurbishment/development projects.
In addition, Gergo has extensive experience in dealing with lease events to maximise value for landlords at every stage of a lease lifecycle, including rent reviews, lease expiries, re-gears and strategic asset management advice.
