Gerry Dantone has been a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and began his career in the commercial real estate department of Van Riper Realtors in 1986 where he met his future business partner John Wilmarth. He has specialized in the leasing of retail space and the development of retail properties to their best use. Gerry has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and an M.B.A. in finance from St. John’s University, where he graduated with honors in economics and investments. He consistently uses his financial expertise to determine the feasibility of potential retail developments and investments for his clients. He has also headed the local branch of an international think tank and has authored an expert report that was used in a nationally prominent State Supreme Court decision. He has appeared as an expert on various topics on CNN, Fox News, and numerous local radio and TV outlets. Gerry is also a member of the ICSC and LIBOR.
