Gerry Roth co-founded Providence Partners in 2000 with the vision of creating a commercial real estate company centered on relationships and closely aligned interests, having recognized the unfulfilled need for quality tenant advocacy services during his years in traditional commercial real estate brokerage. He currently manages the Real Estate Services business with a primary focus on developing and managing client relationships. Gerry is driven by a desire to serve clients in determining their business real estate needs and then implementing a plan to meet those space needs.
Before Providence Partners, Gerry spent 14 years as a top producer with Indiana’s largest commercial real estate services company, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (formerly the commercial division of F.C. Tucker Company), receiving numerous local and national sales awards. On behalf of clients in nearly every industry including banking, healthcare and retail, he has successfully addressed a wide variety of real estate issues including lease vs. own decisions, build-to-suit facilities, multi-city national requirements, and detailed contract negotiations.
