Gian Rodriguez is Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the company’s business in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. He also oversees CBRE's industrial platform across South Florida.
Over the past decade, Mr. Rodriguez built his career as a market-leading brokerage professional specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation. During his tenure, Mr. Rodriguez has completed industrial sale and lease transactions valued at more than $2 billion. He has represented a variety of notable institutional industrial owners. Additionally, he has represented a wide array of prominent industrial users in South Florida.
Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida offices, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s nearly 300-person operation across the region.
Mr. Rodriguez, a Miami native bilingual in English and Spanish, earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
Actively involved in industry associations, Mr. Rodriguez currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors for NAIOP's South Florida chapter.
