Giancarlo Boccato is a commercial real estate executive with nearly two decades of experience in acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy. He is currently a Principal at Polaris Properties, where he focuses on identifying and executing value-oriented real estate investments in the New York metropolitan area and select regional markets.
Previously, Boccato spent more than a decade at American Continental Properties, where he rose from Associate to Managing Director and was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and portfolio management across multiple property types. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Lowe and Paramount Pictures, providing a strong analytical and financial foundation.
Boccato holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was active in the Real Estate Association and private equity–focused organizations.
