Bio
Mr. Da Prato serves as the Vice President of Investments and is responsible for managing the firm’s acquisition activities in various target markets across Southern California.
Previous to joining Berkeley Partners in 2024, he worked at IDI Logistics, a leading manager and developer of logistics real estate where he performed all aspects of capital deployment and asset management in Southern California. Prior to his role in the West Region, he oversaw leasing in IDI’s border portfolio. Mr. Da Prato started in real estate as a broker in El Paso, TX, with a focus on sales and leasing brokerage. Throughout his career, he has executed over $3 billion of investment, leasing, and disposition consideration.
Mr. Da Prato holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and the CCIM Institute, participating in forums and board roles across platforms. Mr. Da Prato lives in Silver Lake, California with his wife Diana, where they spend time raising their newborn baby, Marco. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
