Giancarlo is a Managing Director with Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors. Giancarlo specializes in the valuation, acquisition and disposition of seniors housing properties in the Western United States. Giancarlo works with his clients to devise creative solutions in order to meet their unique investment goals and objectives.
Prior to Blueprint, Giancarlo graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Finance - Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. Giancarlo was very involved with the IU Real Estate Club, serving as Marketing Director and participating in numerous real estate case competitions.
