GiGi grew up in Reisterstown, Maryland where her parents were both involved in Real Estate. She attended Penn State University, majoring in Business Administration and Management with a focus in International Business. While there, she worked as a Business Transformation Consultant, engaging with company leadership and local contacts creating innovative solutions to fit client specific needs.
Post-PSU graduation, GiGi moved to South Carolina to pursue her MBA at the College of Charleston. During her time at CofC, GiGi joined the NAI Charleston team as an Intern. GiGi expanded her experience in sales by simultaneously working as a Sales Associate at Tecovas on King Street. This allowed her to build strong relationships in the Lowcountry and embrace Charleston’s thriving commercial real estate market. After graduate school, GiGi accepted the Brokerage Analyst position at NAI Charleston and assisted the team with multiple projects and successful transactions. Since receiving her SC Real Estate license, she has transitioned into a fulltime brokerage role.
GiGi’s primary focus is on Buyer/Owner/ Tenant representation in Industrial and Land transactions with a goal in serving clients who require storage and transportation solutions for raw materials, building components, and heavy machinery, as well as identifying hard-to-find industrial opportunities with intermodal infrastructure.
GiGi resides in downtown Charleston. During the summer, she lives on Isle of Palms. She is very active and enjoys attending workout classes and biking. She loves trying new restaurants in the area and attending community events.
