Bio
Giles runs the property and occupier management department. He joined the firm in 1990 shortly after its formation, following a few years in London with Daniel Smith (now part of Cluttons) and then Savills, having graduated from Leeds University in 1985 in Law. In addition to providing general property management and landlord and tenant advice (including rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations), for a range of clients and properties including leisure and the motor trade, he also undertakes occupier and investment acquisitions for some clients. He has two children at university and interests include, collecting art, playing the drums in a local band, tennis and following Reading FC.
