Gina Boyleston, CAI, AARE, AMM, is a licensed professional auctioneer and real estate broker with deep expertise in converting assets—including real estate, equipment, and personal property—into liquidity through full-service auction and brokerage solutions. As the owner of Boyleston Realty & Auction, she offers clients a streamlined, transparent, and technology-driven approach to asset disposition. Gina is a firm believer in the power of auctions—the world’s most transparent method of sale—as timely and flexible solutions for both buyers and sellers.
Gina served as the 2023 President of the Florida Auctioneers Association and currently chairs its Board of Directors. She was named the 2022 Florida State Bid Calling Champion and is a proud graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University. A member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and its Florida Ambassador, she also holds designations from the NAA including AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) and AMM (Auction Marketing Management).
In addition to her auction accolades, Gina is a perennial Top Gun with the Women’s Council of Realtors and an active member of the National, Florida, and Pensacola Associations of Realtors. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Auctioneers Association, sits on the Advisory Council of Loyalty Credit Union, and is a passionate advocate for charitable causes, frequently raising funds for non-profits through benefit auctions.
