Her hometown is North Merritt Island, as a mom of 6, she is heavily involved in the community. Most of her free time is spent at either on the local ball fields, or at Merritt Island High School, or Edgewood Jr/ Sr High School fundraising for, or attending a sporting event. As a Florida State General Contractor since 2006, and REALTOR® since 2006 her specialties are focused on land development, new construction, subdivision management and wetland management. In addition to building and selling homes, she has been a consultant for several local municipalities in several capacities including zoning, re-zoning, land use, etc.… She is very familiar and successful in accomplishing zoning changes and more when needed. Regina has worked in commercial and residential real estate in land acquisition of large tracts of land for development of both commercial and residential projects as well as single lots for custom homes.
