Gina Giuggio joined Newmark’s Franchise Consulting Practice, a specialty practice group within the firm’s retail division, as an associate in 2015. Specializing in tenant representation, Ms. Giuggio works with landlords, tenants, owners, developers and local brokers across the country to procure space for a variety of nationally expanding franchise and corporate retail concepts.
Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Giuggio served in the firm’s Chicago office as an associate in the Data Center Consulting Group. In this role, she worked on a national level, assisting in leasing the Digital Realty-owned Franklin Park Data Center in suburban Chicago and the Sabey-owned 375 Pearl Street Data Center in New York City. She also assisted in the tenant representation of Newmark’s Global Corporate Services clients such as SunGard.
