Housing is what Gina Lodge does. As a child, her mother would take her to home shows and her father would give her lumber for Christmas. She eventually turned her childhood love for homebuilding into an exciting career where she gets to make each house become a home for a special Alaska family.
She has seen Spinell evolve over the past 20 years. Almost every house they build is customized for the buyer’s lifestyle and the family’s needs. From extra tall shoe closets to the perfect sized mudroom for the family, Gina helps the homeowner get what’s important for their family. Every house is created with the same passion, whether it’s a family’s first home or an empty nest home.
