Ginna Wallace holds the position of Director in JLL Capital Markets, Washington, DC office, where she specializes in industrial investment sales advisory across the Mid-Atlantic region as part of a team with Bill Prutting, Craig Childs, and Chris Dale. She joined JLL through the HFF acquisition, bringing expertise in representing institutional investors, private equity groups, and developers in industrial asset transactions. With extensive experience in office and industrial investment sales, Ginna successfully transitioned to a production role after six years as an analyst and associate. She delivers value to clients through comprehensive market analysis, strategic positioning, and the execution of complex capital markets transactions.
After growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Ginna became a 2019 alumna of Washington and Lee University. She has since established her career in Washington, DC, while maintaining strong ties to Charlottesville, Virginia, where her family now resides. Ginna demonstrates her commitment to the commercial real estate industry through active membership in NAIOP Northern Virginia and dedicates her time to community service as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters DC Chapter.
