Gino Tabbi is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 18 years of industry experience and more than $3 billion in completed transactions. As Managing Director at Newmark's Nashville office, he specializes in investment sales, financing, development, and leasing across diverse asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, medical, and GSA properties, with a transactional footprint spanning more than 30 U.S. states.
Since relocating to Nashville in 2021 to establish Newmark's local presence, Tabbi has overseen more than 500,000 square feet in leasing activity and facilitated over $300 million in investment sales. He previously built a strong track record in Newmark's Chicago office, where he was recognized as a top performer in 2012, 2013, and 2015. His work has been featured in leading industry publications, including Crain's Chicago Business, CoStar, the Illinois Real Estate Journal, and Bisnow.
