Giorgio DiNardo, Vice President, has been part of Avison Young Ottawa since 2023. Giorgio is an office leasing and sales specialist focused on occupier and landlord representation. Prior to joining Avison Young, Giorgio gained valuable experience working at a multi-national real estate brokerage and local commercial real estate appraisal firm.
Giorgio is able to leverage his comprehensive experience and market knowledge into complete real estate solutions for his clients. Giorgio takes a proactive approach to each client assignment and works closely with them to understand their business objectives.
Giorgio graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph in the Real Estate and Housing program. He has also completed his Post-Graduate Certificate, Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia.
