Giovanna’s experience includes working on a wide range of retail, office, and development transactions, contributing to over $100 million in sales and leasing volume over the past two years. Her notable involvement includes the $58.5 million redevelopment project in Palm Beach Shores (HAVN), as well as the successful closing of 240 W Indiantown Road in Jupiter for $12.9 million to start the first quarter of 2026.
