Gisele F. de Chabert is Chief Legal Officer & Secretary for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. de Chabert leads the company’s legal team.
Since joining Rockefeller Group more than 20 years ago, she has been instrumental in leading and structuring many of the company’s most significant transactions. These range from the joint venture ownership of 1221 Avenue of the Americas, some of the company’s largest long-term office leases, and new development projects.
Before joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. de Chabert clerked for the Hon. Constance Baker Motley, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, and subsequently joined the global law firm Fried Frank Harris Schriver & Jacobson LLP as an associate.
She holds a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.
