Giuseppe Inglese migrated to the United States in 1990 and quickly adapted to the dynamic cultural landscape of New York City. A trusted real estate professional since 2003, Mr. Inglese specializes in the Bronx and Manhattan markets. He possesses an in-depth understanding of these areas, not only as a professional but also as a resident.
In 2018, Mr. Inglese made headlines by setting a record with the sale of 255-261 East Gun Hill Road in the Bronx, achieving a remarkable rent multiple of 12.5. In 2010, he was responsible for 10% of all Bronx commercial real estate sale transactions. In 2007, Giuseppe was honored with Broker of the Year for his exceptional performance at his firm.
Known for his adaptability and ethical approach, Mr. Giuseppe has guided clients such as Mark Geragos in securing a prestigious office location on 5th Avenue and assisted the Morgan Group in selling over 250 units following the implementation of New York State's 2019 rent laws. He also helped Piccola Cucina establish her culinary roots in Soho. Giuseppe excelled in off market transactions and has sold more than 2000 multifamily and retail units across New York City, Westchester County and Connecticut.
