Bio
Mr. La Mattina has an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate lending. Previously, he owned and managed a multi-state licensed mortgage banking firm, which originated over $100 million per year in residential and commercial mortgages and transacted more than $1 billion in resale and condo purchases over 25 years. He holds both Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Licenses and brings an extensive background in property management.
Mr. La Mattina earned his undergraduate degree from William Patterson University of New Jersey with a B.S. in psychology and earned a Master’s Degree from Montclair State University in psychology.
