For over 25 years, I have represented property owners, institutional buyers, corporate tenants, and investors across the Greater Birmingham commercial real estate market[cite: 1]. My career did not begin in a boardroom—it started at age 14 behind the counter of a local home improvement store[cite: 1]. As that business expanded to five locations, I grew alongside it, mastering outside sales, store management, and company operations[cite: 1]. Wanting to understand exactly what was behind the walls and underneath the dirt of the products I had been selling, I spent the following years working in the utility industry to learn underground infrastructure, as well as taking on roles in appliance repair, electronics, and home wiring.
