Graeme M. Keith III is a Development Partner at The Keith Corporation (TKC), a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his current role, he oversees development projects across the United States, including retail and entertainment shopping centers, distribution centers, and airplane hangars for Department of Defense contractors. In addition to dealmaking, he manages several divisions of TKC and contributes to strategy and risk management alongside the firm's Executive Team.He also handles tenant representation assignments for a portfolio of clients including Hobby Lobby, 2nd & Charles, Books-A-Million, and Showmars.Keith joined The Keith Corporation in September 2011, following his admission to the South Carolina bar.
