Bio
Graham is an experienced surveyor having worked in the retail market for over 20 years. He started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2004 before joining the investment team at Wilkinson Williams in 2011. He then moved to Scotland for 10 years to join Ediston Real Estate where he worked across all sectors but had significant focus on acquiring and managing retail park portfolios. Graham was delighted to rejoin his Wilkinson Williams colleagues, now at Park Place Retail, in January 2025.
Graham works in the investment team and undertakes acquisitions and disposals in the retail warehouse, foodstore and leisure sectors. His experience has focused around advising Private Equity clients on acquisition strategy, fund management for institutional clients and managing shareholders and the interests of a listed REIT.
Graham spends most of his spare time keeping up with his 3 active sons but also enjoys playing squash and golf and watching rugby.
