Born and raised in Omaha, Graham has a deep knowledge of the local commercial real estate landscape. He brings a winning mentality to every deal, a trait forged on the football field at the University of Nebraska, where he played a key role in the team’s bowl game appearances. Since joining CBRE in 2017, Graham has become a specialist in industrial transactions
and land development. He has worked in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage including multifamily and retail landlord representation. Graham has closed over $125 million in transactions since 2019, totaling over 1,418,000 square feet, earning him his Vice President designation in 2023. Graham is a proven resource for local real estate expertise.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Graham is active in his church community and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Allison and their three children.
