Gram is Vice President of Perry Management, Inc., and has been with the company since 1991.He is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He attended Appalachian State University and East Carolina University. He is involved in the acquisition, leasing, management, development, and disposition of a wide variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. He also serves on the boards of several local organizations, including Hope Preparatory School, Kinston/Lenoir County Visitors Bureau and serves as an Elder at Grace Fellowship Church. He is married to his wife of over 30 years, Diane Spear and they have 4 children, 2 daughters-in-law and 1 son-in-law.
