Grant Arencibia is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia with Century 21 Community Realty, serving clients throughout Northeast Georgia. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated more than $28 million in real estate sales, including residential, land, and commercial transactions.
Grant works with property owners, investors, and developers to market and sell commercial property, development land, and investment real estate. His experience includes the sale and marketing of development tracts, commercial acreage, and high-visibility properties suitable for retail, hospitality, office, and mixed-use projects. He assists clients with property positioning, market analysis, zoning and land use considerations, and marketing strategy to help bring complex transactions to the market successfully.
Earlier in his career, Grant worked in new construction home sales for a national home builder. That experience provided insight into how large builders evaluate markets, analyze locations, and plan for new construction communities. Today, he uses that general market knowledge to help property owners and developers position land and development opportunities for the open market.
In addition to his real estate experience, Grant holds a degree in Digital Marketing from the University of North Georgia and incorporates modern marketing strategies into the promotion of his listings. In addition to traditional platforms such as MLS and LoopNet, he utilizes targeted online marketing, analytics, and the Century 21 network to increase exposure and reach qualified buyers.
