Grant Boyce is responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities for BBE Group, LLC’s funds, participating on the investment committee, and supporting the acquisition, value creation, and disposition of assets across the firm’s investment platforms.
Grant is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas with nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate. His background includes representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across North Texas, giving him strong insight into market pricing, deal structuring, and value creation opportunities across multiple asset types, with a focus on industrial, flex, and value-add commercial assets.
