Mr. Campbell was appointed Senior Vice President of Investments in June 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President of Investments when he joined the company in December 2016. Prior to joining Centerspace, Mr. Campbell was Vice President with The Excelsior Group, where he sourced acquisition opportunities and structured joint venture partnerships for the company's investment fund business. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Finance for Welsh Property Trust, where the firm consolidated various real estate holdings into a fully integrated investment vehicle that completed a successful initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Campbell has been involved in more than $1.3 billion in real estate transactions during his career.
