Bio
In January 2024, Grant was appointed to lead the Charlotte regional team for Cousins Properties as Vice President and Director. In this role, he is responsible for leasing, property operations, investments, and business development in the Charlotte market.
Grant joined Cousins Properties in 2019 and most recently served as an Associate on the Asset Management and Investments team. In this role, he helped drive the Company’s acquisition, disposition, new development, asset management and corporate strategy efforts in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, and Tempe.
Before joining Cousins, Grant worked at SunTrust in their Real Estate Banking Group covering large public REITs, Institutional Real Estate Funds, and public homebuilder clients.
