As Executive Vice President of Development for the Kansas City VanTrust office, Grant Harrison’s primary responsibilities include identification, evaluation, and execution of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of design and construction teams, project economics, communication with municipalities, neighborhoods, and the overall real estate community, as well as ensuring successful project delivery. Harrison's expertise and primary focus are industrial and office product types in the Kansas City and Midwestern regions.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Grant worked in the Asset Resolution division of PNC Bank. Grant has been involved in numerous projects since joining VanTrust, including pursuits, entitlements, design and construction, and financing. Harrison has a degree in business administration and finance from Oklahoma State University.
