Grant joined the commercial department in the Dundee office of Graham + Sibbald in 2011 as a Graduate Surveyor, having graduated from the University of Aberdeen. Grant become a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 before becoming an Associate in 2017. Grant undertakes a wide variety of work across all aspects of Commercial property covering Dundee, Angus and North Fife. As an RICS Registered Valuer, he provides valuation advice to a mix of local and national clients along with all major lending institutions. Grant also provides advice on all Agency work to a similar mix of clients. As part of the long established commercial department within Dundee, Grant is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service across all commercial areas.
