Grant Ross is a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, specializing in strategic business solutions for clients with complex real estate requirements in all sectors of the market, including the emerging distressed market. With every client and on every transaction, Grant remains focused creating and implementing strategies that achieve cost savings, reduce risk and deliver a significant return on investment.
Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Grant has developed his real estate expertise as member of one of the most experienced teams in Southern California. Backed by CB Richard Ellis’s comprehensive real estate services platform and deep local market knowledge, he has advised major developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of the real estate cycle including acquisition and disposition strategy, lease negotiations, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits, and development/land use. In addition, over the past 12 months, Grant has served as an advisor to various banks and special servicers concerning distressed and REO asset strategy.
Over the course of his career, Grant has been involved in transactions totaling more than 26 million square feet and over 1,300 acres in land sales, representing a cumulative consideration value of more than $1.2 billion.
