Bio
Prior to joining Severn in 2020, he served as a Financial Analyst for Capital Health Group, LLC, where he participated in the acquisition and development of over $200 MM in Class A Senior Living communities as well as the financing and refinancing of numerous projects. Grant graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
