Grant Sutton has been in sales and marketing for more than 25 years in the Augusta area. In 2013 he decided to take his sales experience to the real estate business. Grant became interested in real estate in 2005 as a personal investor in primarily commercial properties. By 2007, he started buying undervalued homes, restoring them, and putting them back on the market. In 2013, Grant became a developing partner at “The Retreat at Bakers Place.” The retreat is a 150-home subdivision with expansion opportunities to potentially nine hundred home sites. With valuable experience gained, he decided to make Real Estate his full-time business! Grant works full time for Meybohm Real Estate and brings his sales and business experience to the market. He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.
