Bio
Greer Shetler joined Newmark in March 2024 as an Associate on the Texas Industrial Capital Markets Team, working alongside Jack Fraker, Dustin Volz, Stephen Bailey, Dom Espinosa, and Zach Riebe. The team specializes in industrial investment sales, portfolio dispositions, financing, and equity placement—including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations across the U.S.
Shetler brings over 7 years of commercial real estate experience, with a background in capital markets, development, asset management, and acquisitions. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2022 as a Capital Markets Analyst in Dallas, where he supported the successful closing of over $1 billion in industrial real estate transactions. Prior to that, he began his career at Milam Real Estate Capital in 2019, where he served as a Financial Analyst and gained experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management across industrial, retail, and office properties, supporting a $600 million real estate portfolio.
