Greg Ambrose has worked in the real estate industry since 2004 and is currently a Vice President with Colliers, specializing in multifamily investment sales across British Columbia. He previously spent more than a decade with CBRE’s Vancouver office, where he served as Vice President with the National Apartment Group – BC. Before his tenure at CBRE, Greg was the Sales Director for Whistler’s $150-million 2010 Olympic Athletes’ Village development.
Greg graduated with Distinction from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and later completed the Urban Land Economics Diploma program at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Development. He has combined his strong educational foundation with a relationship-focused approach to client service, helping him build a respected reputation within the industry.
Greg’s practice centers on the sale of purpose-built rental apartment buildings, development sites, and investment properties throughout Metro Vancouver and across the province.
