Greg Banta founded BANTA Realty Advisors in 1997, initially providing property management and leasing services for a single office building in Oklahoma City. Under his leadership, the company has grown into BANTA Property Group (BPG), a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in property management, leasing, sales, development, and redevelopment. Throughout its history, BPG has been involved in the management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of millions of square feet of commercial real estate, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional results and client-focused service.
A recognized leader in urban redevelopment, Greg has played a significant role in the revitalization of downtown Oklahoma City. He is particularly known for his involvement in the award-winning Midtown Renaissance project, which helped transform a long-neglected district into one of the city's most vibrant mixed-use destinations.
