Bio
Greg joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. in 1998. As director of research, he leads a team of market analysts in the site selection and processing of market and other demographic data into market surveys. He has led the site selection process in over 75 markets across the country. These projects have ranged in scope from 1,500 square feet office lease transactions to 300,000 square feet build to suit transactions. He also oversees the financial analysis of lease options and investment opportunities, feasibility studies and ownership searches for Swearingen's clients.
Prior to joining Swearingen, Greg worked for First American Real Estate Information Services as a senior researcher for the northeastern United States, as well as M/PF Research, Inc.
Greg is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate.
