Greg Church is a Licensed Realtor with eXp Realty and founder of Church&Co. Real Estate. Licensed in Washington, Tennessee, and North Carolina, Greg serves home sellers and buyers across Western WA, Middle TN, and Western NC.
Greg is known for intimately understanding what his clients need and want when selling or buying a home, and building strategy around those priorities from the very beginning. He pairs that client-first approach with strong negotiation skills and a reputation as a true professional—someone who is prepared, communicative, and respected by both clients and other real estate agents. His focus is on creating clarity, reducing friction, and guiding transactions forward with confidence.
In Western Washington, Greg is especially active on the Enumclaw Plateau, where he currently lives, as well as in Browns Point, Northeast Tacoma, Campus Estates, and Southwest Federal Way, where he grew up. His firsthand familiarity with these communities allows him to provide practical, lived-in insight when advising clients and positioning homes for the market.
Greg has successfully closed close to 100 real estate transactions in six years of holding a real estate license and was recognized as Rookie of the Year during his first year in the industry. Greg is known specifically as the hardest working agent in his market when it comes to serving his clients’ needs, often going beyond traditional methods—including personally handwriting letters to uncover opportunities and connect clients with properties that may not yet be on the market.
